2022 Highlights

December 2022

The Rotary Club of Seguin awarded Guadalupe Regional Medical Center with a $2,000 grant to provide funding for GRMC's Prescription Assistance Program (PAP). This grant will help fund the purchase of a new Pharm-Vac Refrigerater -
​a much-needed piece of equipment for our patients.

November 2022

For the sixth year in a row, the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office participated in No Shave November, with all proceeds benefiting our Cancer Assistance Endowment Fund. With this year's funds of $3,350, they have raised over $32,000 in the last six years!
The Cibolo Police Department participated in the No Shave November, with all proceeds benefiting our Cancer Assistance Fund. This year they raised $1,300 toward our Cancer Assistance Endowment Fund!
On November 19th, Guadalupe Regional Medical Center partnered with the San Antonio Food Bank to host a pop-up food distribution. We distributed over 11,000 pounds of food to 150 families, who ALL received a turkey!

August 2022

In August 2022, The Harvey E. Najim Charitable Foundation awarded
Guadalupe Regional Medical Center with a $50,000 grant for the second phase of the Infant Security System for the Birthing Center.

This integration will provide nurses with the ability to care for our tiniest patients more efficiently by improving staff communication, response time and patient safety.

The Harvey E. Najim Charitable Foundation has been a generous supporter since 2018, contributing a total of $185,000 to various Birthing Center projects at GRMC. Their support is a testament to their foundation's commitment to making a difference in the lives of children and those in need.
On August 20th, Guadalupe Regional Medical Center partnered with the San Antonio Food Bank to host a pop-up food distribution. We distributed over 10,300 pounds of food and impacted 145 families!

July 2022

Avery special thank you to Commercial Metals Company - Steel Texas, our staff and volunteers for making our 4th of July parade float such a great success!

June 2022

St. Luke’s Lutheran Health Ministries of San Antonio blessed Guadalupe Regional Medical Center with a $10,000 grant to provide funding for our Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) patients. This grant will benefit several hundred low-income and high-risk patients who are residents in our area by providing free immunization services.

May 2022

Thank you to everyone that participated in our 9th Annual Race 2 Raise 5K on April 30, 2022! We had an excellent turn-out with 121 finishers and over 150 in attendance. Thank you for supporting the GRMF Life Saver Grant Fund to purchase equipment and software that enhance and advance patient care at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center.

March 2022

In March 2022, the Guadalupe County Bras For A Cause committee showed their continued support and gave a $60,000 donation to the All Cancers Endowment Fund! To date, we’ve received $255K from this event!

January 2022

In January 2022, Guadalupe Regional Medical Center received three generous donations toward our year-end campaign supporting the upgrade of Guadalupe Regional Medical Center's Birthing Center Infant Security System.

Guadalupe County Medical Society donated $1,000 in memory of Dr. Thomas Cody.

SH 130 South donated $5,000.

Seguin Area Community Foundation donated $5,000.
