About Us

Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation (GRMF) is a 501(c)(3) public charity that advances Guadalupe Regional Medical Center's (GRMC) mission in providing excellent care to every life it is privileged to touch.

Making a difference in the healthcare of our community, Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation (GRMF) believes in letting your passion be your legacy. GRMF puts that belief into action each and every day in its dedication to the Guadalupe Regional Medical Center's (GRMC) continued success as an independent, non-profit, community-owned entity. GRMC's high caliber of nationally recognized healthcare is maintained without a local hospital tax district, while providing a wide array of charity care to the community.

Since our inception, GRMF has existed to help promote, preserve, and expand the ongoing services available at GRMC and continues to do so, while also funding a variety of patient care needs, including medication assistance, educational programs, and new technological advancements.

What We Do

GRMF supports our community's health. How do we do that? A few of the ways are listed below!

Fundraising Events including our annual Race to Raise 5K Run, and Pistols and Petticoats Hospice Event
Fundraising Campaigns such as The GRMC Women's Imaging Center, a soon to be renovated area of GRMC's Imaging department specialized as a one-stop center for women's imaging needs such as mammograms, breast ultrasound, and bone density tests
Donor Relations
Grant Writing for funds to purchase new technological advancements and other needs within the hospital
Scholarships for hospital nurses to continue their education
Lifesaver Grants for departments within the hospital to purchase equipment that is needed and was not included in the annual budget
Involvement with surrounding non-profits including the San Antonio and New Braunfels Food Bank to assist with food insecurity in the community
